We find that the application of a human centric Design Thinking methodology is the most holistic and inclusive way in which solutions can be sought.

    What is employee engagement?

    Employee engagement is the extent to which employees feel passionate about their jobs, are committed to the organization, and put discretionary effort into their work. The critical components which comprise Employee Engagement which result in discretionary effort (which in turn impacts business excellence from a profitability and customer service point of view), are Attraction (loyalty) and Activation (deliverables/outputs).

    Understanding engagement levels within your business on an ongoing basis affords you the opportunity to make the adjustments necessary to retain top performers where it is important to do so, and attract fresh top talent to ensure continuous improvement and innovation. This data gathering can be undertaken via surveys along with smaller more regular pulse-checks.
